Stakeholders urge regulation to boost indigenous software adoption | The Guardian Nigeria News - Nigeria and World News


Indigenous software practitioners in the country have expressed worry over what they called absence of regulation to implement policies aimed at encouraging indigenous software in the country. “Where under heavens foreign solutions are to be acquired, technical training must happen in Nigeria.
